It means you drive straight into the neighborhood’s basements, while the ground-floor area remains a large green space, great for play.
How many neighbors will I have on my landing?
If you want to live in a 3-room apartment, you will find them in buildings 2, 3 and 4, with a height regime of P+4 and P+5 respectively, and 2 apartments per floor at each staircase (10 and 12 apartments per staircase respectively). If your family is larger and you prefer a 4-room apartment, you will find them in building 5, with a height regime of P+5 and again 2 apartments per floor at each staircase. Building 1 is the largest, with studio and 2-room apartments, 8 apartments per floor and a height regime of P+5+6R.
What is the East–West dual orientation?
The apartment has two facades, one facing East and one facing West. You get natural light all day, it warms up naturally, and air circulates between the two sides. It is the most energy-efficient architecture for an apartment.
What is included in the price of the apartment?
The basement storage unit, next to the parking space you choose, the wardrobes in the hallway and bedrooms, exterior blinds on every window, and the preparation of the infrastructure for air conditioning (the units are not included).
What does it mean that the project is nZEB?
nZEB stands for nearly zero-energy building. At VIVACITY, this translates into heat pumps, underfloor heating and green facades, so low energy consumption and comfort all year round.
Can I charge my electric car at home?
Yes, the basements are prepared with electrified parking spaces.
Where do I keep my bikes and suitcases?
Your storage unit is a step away from the elevator or staircase and just as close to your parking space, so you don’t have to struggle.
